DTF (Direct-to-Film) prints full-color artwork onto a transfer film that’s heat-applied to the garment. It handles complex designs, gradients, and photo-quality images well, and works at any quantity without screen setup costs.

How many shirts do I need to order?

There’s no strict minimum. DTF printing is practical even for a single shirt. Screen printing becomes more cost-effective at around 12–24 pieces because of the setup involved, but we’ll recommend the best method based on your quantity and design.

Can you print on garments I supply?

Yes. We’ll check the garment fabric and color to make sure it’s compatible with the print method. Cotton and poly-cotton blends work well for most methods. If there’s a compatibility issue, we’ll let you know before production.

How should I send my artwork?

Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF) are ideal. High-resolution .PNG files (300 DPI or higher) also work well, especially for DTF. If your artwork needs adjustments for print, we’ll handle that during the proofing stage at no extra charge.
